Shipping and Returns

ORDERS SHIPPING:

• GARMENTS IN STOCK: we will ship your orders approximately 7 working days from the date of payment and order confirmation, at the address you provided when ordering.

• GARMENTS FOR PREORDER:  when you place a pre order, I will ship your orders within 6 - 21 working days and order confirmation, at the address you provided when order. I will get in contact with you, and will tell you when your order can be finished . 

• We make the transfer via Pay Pal or Bankaccount.

DELIVERY TIME:

Spain: 4-5 working days /Europe: 5-8 business days/ Rest of world: 10 to 15 working days (for a more specific estimation please email me at maminamallorca@gmail.com.
If you are outside the European Union or in the Canary Islands, please note that you are responsible for paying local customs taxes.

RETURNS:

if you're not 100% happy with the purchase, you can request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. In this case, you must send the item/s back to Mamina Mallorca, unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, using trackable mail.

service; shipping expenses of returns will be paid by you. Once we receive the return, we will check the piece/s are in good conditions and refund you using the same payment system you used for purchase.

Please notice that the returns policy does not apply to custom made orders.
